Where We Start

Project Management

Our project directors ensure that the construction and delivery of the fitout is managed based on the detailed timeline. We don’t like sudden cost surprise increases, and neither do you. That’s why we ensure that we stay within your budget.

  • Overseeing the construction process from start to finish.
  • Coordinating with the Corva construction team and suppliers to ensure a smooth flow of work.
  • Managing timelines to ensure the fitout is delivered on schedule.
  • Regular communication with client to provide updates and answer any questions.
  • Keeping your project on budget is just as important as meeting deadlines. We proactively monitor expenses to ensure that no unexpected costs arise.
Installation and Fit Out

This is where everything starts taking shape. With regular contact with the client, we share progress updates with you.

  • Our construction team carries out the fitout work according to the approved design and plans.
  • Conducting on-site inspections throughout the installation phase to ensure quality and adherence to design specifications.
  • Regular quality checks and adjustments as needed.
Sign off and Handover

It’s not finished yet. We go the extra mile to ensure that everything is signed off, defect free, and continue to support you along the way if you encounter any issues.

  • We ensure every detail is accounted for, and any defects or issues are promptly resolved.
  • Final inspections, operational manuals, and all necessary documents provided within 30 days of project completion.
  • Full compliance with all relevant standards and regulations.
  • Offer post-completion support to address any concerns and ensure the space continue to meet your needs.
