Comprehensive Hospitality Fitout & Interior Build
Corva was responsible for the full delivery of the interiors, from initial coordination with the designer and client through to final installation and sign-off. This included the construction of the joinery, flooring, lighting, ceiling features, furniture, and decorative elements. Our scope also covered project management and on-site coordination to ensure everything ran seamlessly with minimal disruption to the surrounding area.
Key to the project’s success was clear communication and a deep understanding of the client’s vision.
Functional Restaurant Fitout
The interior space reflects both modern and traditional Thai influences, with rich timber tones, natural textures, and soft furnishings.
Layered lighting plays a significant role in setting the mood – soft pendant lights hover above booth seating, while carefully placed spotlights highlight wall textures and greenery throughout the dining area. These elements help create distinct zones within the restaurant to accommodate different types of diners.
Tailored Seating and Smart Space Planning
The restaurant’s layout needed to cater to a variety of dining groups, including couples, families, and larger bookings, while maintaining a refined atmosphere. We achieved smart space planning by combining custom booths, banquette seating, and individual tables that can be configured to suit changing demands.
Delivering on Time and Within Budget
The project was delivered on time and to schedule, and required coordination between trades to stay on track. The Corva team ensured a smooth fitout process and a timely handover.
Maintaining budget integrity was a key factor in the project’s success. We worked closely with Lucid and the client to ensure that every material and detail aligned with the intended design while staying within cost expectations.
