The Brief
The project was developed as a turnkey solution, with the landlord engaging Corva to deliver a tailored office space for WK Strawbridge. The brief required a well-planned layout that could accommodate a relatively large team while maintaining a professional and cohesive environment aligned with the company’s brand.The space needed to include a reception area, large cafeteria, boardroom, multiple meeting and office rooms, and open-plan work areas. In addition, the existing building required seismic strengthening to bring it up to standard before the new fitout could be completed.
Our Approach
Corva began by working through the requirements of the tenant to understand how the space needed to function on a daily basis. This informed the layout and allocation of areas, ensuring the final design supported both collaborative and focused work.Following a full defit, seismic strengthening works were carried out to upgrade the building structure. Once complete, the interior fitout was delivered, including partitions, ceilings, and finishes that aligned with the overall design intent.
The project was fully managed by Corva, with coordination across trades and programme management to ensure the space was completed on time and ready for handover.
