Lucas House

Corva contributed to the Lucas House development in Nelson, delivering interior systems including partitions, ceilings, acoustic features, and multiple tenant office fitouts throughout the building.

The Brief

Lucas House was developed as a modern commercial office building designed to provide flexible tenancy spaces within a high-quality working environment. The project required interior systems that supported different office layouts while maintaining consistency across the overall building design.

Acoustic performance, natural light, and durable finishes were important considerations throughout the fitout, helping create functional and comfortable workplace environments for multiple tenants.

Our Approach

Working alongside the main contractor, Corva delivered a substantial portion of the interior fitout works throughout the project. This included construction of steel stud partition walls, suspended ceilings, and glazed aluminium partition systems across multiple office areas.

Acoustic features were integrated into the fitout through timber wall paneling and acoustic baffle ceilings, helping improve sound control while contributing to the architectural character of the spaces.

Corva also completed multiple tenant fitouts within the building, ensuring the interior systems aligned with the functional requirements of each workspace while maintaining a cohesive finish throughout the development.

The Result

The completed Lucas House development provides flexible and modern office environments suited to a range of commercial tenants. The combination of glazing systems, acoustic treatments, and feature finishes creates workplaces that are practical, visually refined, and comfortable for day-to-day use.
