Corva contributed to the Spark Square development in central Christchurch, delivering acoustic finishes, steel stud framing, and glazed aluminium partition systems across the project.

The Brief

Spark Square formed part of a major commercial development within Christchurch’s city centre, designed to accommodate office, retail, and hospitality spaces within a modern mixed-use environment. The project required high-quality interior systems that aligned with the building’s architectural design while supporting acoustic performance, spatial definition, and long-term durability across different tenancy areas.

Our Approach

Working alongside the wider construction team, Corva contributed to several key interior components throughout the development. This included installation of steel stud framing, acoustic finishes, and glazed aluminium partition systems.

The glazed partitioning and door systems helped define interior spaces while maintaining openness and natural light throughout the building. Acoustic finishes were integrated to support comfort and usability within busy commercial environments.

Given the scale of the project and the number of different spaces involved, coordination and consistency across installation stages were important to maintaining programme delivery and finish quality.
