Corva delivered a full office fitout for CNX in Nelson, providing a complete interior solution that supported both the landlord’s requirements and the needs of the incoming tenant.

The Brief

This project formed part of a wider development within the same building, where the landlord required a turnkey office solution ready for occupation. The space needed to accommodate CNX’s team, with a layout that supported both collaboration and focused work.

Key requirements included multiple meeting rooms, open-plan work areas, a cafeteria, and a reception space, all aligned with the company’s identity and day-to-day operations. As with other areas in the building, seismic strengthening was also required to bring the space up to standard before the fitout could be completed.

Our Approach

Corva worked closely with the project team to understand how the space would be used and to ensure the layout supported practical day-to-day use. Following an initial defit, seismic strengthening works were carried out to prepare the structure for the new interior.

The fitout was then delivered, including installation of glazed aluminium partitions, suspended ceilings, and acoustic treatments throughout the space. Feature elements such as timber panelling and a black ceiling were incorporated to give the office a distinct and modern finish.

The project was fully coordinated by Corva, ensuring all trades and stages were aligned to deliver a complete and ready-to-use workspace.

The Result

The completed office provides CNX with a functional and well-balanced workspace that supports a range of activities. Open areas allow for team collaboration, while enclosed rooms provide space for meetings and focused work.

The combination of acoustic treatments, feature finishes, and a considered layout creates a professional environment that reflects the business while supporting everyday performance.
