As Waimea Group experienced significant growth, their existing office no longer met the needs of a fast-paced, collaborative team. They needed more than just a refresh, they needed a space that would reflect their ambitions and support their future.

From Strategy to Design

Corva was involved from the earliest stages of the project, working alongside Waimea Group to understand their vision, business strategy, and projected growth. Through this close collaboration, it became clear that a brand-new building (not just a refurbishment) would deliver the best long-term value.

A new office was constructed adjacent to their existing facility, and our role was to help shape it into a high-performing, people-focused workspace.

Turning Vision into Reality

We started by presenting a range of concept designs based on Waimea’s goals. Once the preferred direction was chosen, we translated it into detailed plans and moved into full project delivery; managing the interior design, construction, and furniture fitout.

Key elements included:

• Installation of acoustic partitions and suspended ceilings
• New floor coverings throughout
• Service modifications to suit the new layout
• Custom joinery and ergonomic furniture
• Acoustic solutions for quiet, focused workspaces
• Coordination with specialist teams for integrated CCTV and AV systems

The Result: A Space Built for the Future

Covering 600m² across the new and existing buildings, the completed office is a modern, functional space designed to encourage collaboration and support staff wellbeing. Every decision from layout to materials, was made with future flexibility and team experience in mind.
