When Cubro’s Nelson branch needed a new space to support their growing team, we were excited to deliver a full interior office fit out that balanced practicality with personality, giving staff and customers an environment that feels modern yet welcoming.
Cubro is a nationwide healthcare supplier with a strong presence across New Zealand. Their Nelson office had reached a point where it was time to expand, not only to accommodate their growing team but also to provide a better experience for clients and colleagues. The vision was clear: create a workplace that could support daily tasks while reflecting Cubro’s values and setting them up for the future.
Working alongside Tuatara Structures, we managed the entire office fit out process, from project management and coordination to acoustic solutions, aluminium partitions, and carefully finished ceilings. Our role was to take care of every detail behind the scenes, ensuring a smooth delivery so Cubro could stay focused on their business.

Flexibility was central to this interior fit out project. The office needed to support open collaboration, quiet focus, team meetings, and professional client interactions. The fitout included:

Aluminium partitions and clean-lined ceilings bring both structure and a polished finish. The outcome is a workspace that doesn’t just look professional but feels good to use every day.
By working closely with the build team and managing interior works onsite, we delivered on time and on budget, reflecting our proven construction and project management skills.
